Damaged Goods Policy

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please call our Customer Service Dept. within 7 days of shipment at 1-800-556-7390 to receive an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Number. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without an RGA Number.

JewelryPackaging.com will pay for any related shipping charges for defective merchandise.
